Warranty
 When you buy a property with Olivex, we will guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your purchase and decide to re-sell within three months we will do it for free.
Conditions :
- Fees to the collaborating broker will be assumed by the selling client (2.5 percent if real estate broker is from another company and 2 percent if broker is intern)
- The seller is responsible for all fees related to the sale of his property,
- The seller will have to buy a new property with us before he sign’s the deed at the notary of his actual home.
